  • What are your hours?
    We are available online & via email Monday - Friday, 9am-4pm CST. Local pickup is available in Mobile, Alabama by appointment only.
  • How do I cancel my order?
    Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been packaged, shipped or customized. Please email us at bossmadeplanners@gmail.com with your order number at the ready. Although cancelations are not guarenteed, we will do our best to accomodate you.
  • I really want an item that is out of stock. How do I know when it will be back?
    We can check that for you! Just write down the SKU number and or product name and email us!
  • When will my order ship? How will I know it has?
    Standard orders have a processing time of 3-5 business days. Expedited orders are usually shipped within 1 business day or as soon as possible. Once available, an email with tracking information will be sent. Click here for more shipping information. Custom or made to order items have an additional processing time. Please see the product description for details. Our processing times vary by season and demand & will fluctuate. Thank you for your patience.
  • The incorrect address was added at checkout. What do I do?
    Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is correct. 1. My order has been shipped: Please note that if your order has already shipped it is not the responsibility of Boss Made Planners to correct this mishap. It is the customers responsibility to retreive their package. 2. My order has not been shipped: Email us IMMEDIATELY! We will update your shipping information and have your package on it's way. 3. My package was returned to sender*: Good news! We have your package & you should have an email from us. Please respond with the correct shipping address as quickly as possible. You've waited long enough for your package. *You may be required to pay an additional shipping cost in this instance.
  • Do I have to pay customs, taxes, or fees once the parcel arrives in my country?"
    Yes, it is your responsibility to pay all duties, tariffs, and taxes.
  • Something is wrong with my order or product. What do I do?
    Email us and we'll be glad to help you. Be sure to have your order number ready. There's no time to waste! Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • How do I schedule my pickup order?
    Once your order is complete, you will receive a "Pickup Ready" email. That email will link you to the scheduler on our website. If you have any trouble please feel free to contact us. If you are not able to find the link, click here. Local Pickup is in Mobile, Alabama.
